siGGis Monitor - free GIS viewer 1.22

Viewer is made for shapefile (format ESRI - ArcView) or own format. siGGisApplet - viewer for internet is included. With this program it is possible to join other programs or systems and monitor events. You can change the following properties for polygonal, line, point and text graphics (foreground fill and color, outline, thickness, text, font, size, style), join a table to the active table, export a view to a graphics file (output formats: *.WMF, *.EMF), save work to project file, and more.
