This is the perfect program for all you that have too many things to do at once to keep track on all of them (or maybe your memory isn't too good) and that spends much time in front of the computer. It reminds you about important things so you won't forget about them. It's very simple. You just type in what you want to be reminded about, when you want to be reminded (you can add multiple moments when you want to be reminded) and then you let the program go to sleep in the system tray. Later, when the time is right, a window will pop up and will stay on top of the screen, flashing, until you click a button. So there's no way you are going to miss it if you sit in front of the computer. Even if you are nearby you probably will notice it too since the program also plays a sound file every 15th second.
