LogoChanger allows you to manage your Windows startup and shutdown logos. You can assign the logos to sets and LogoChanger will change them randomly or in your own order everytime Windows starts. You can also use your own pictures in BMP, JPEG and many more image formats and add text to these files. For your security LogoChanger will backup the Windows default logos. You can simply upgrade the program using the LiveUpdate function.
