The Sheriff Software Development Kit provides software developers with secure copy protection, solving the problems of software piracy without the need for royalty payments or dongles. Sheriff features a wide variety of licensing schemes and includes static library, classes and demos for Visual C++, Visual Basic, Visual FoxPro Delphi and, with Sheriff 2.0, ActiveX control. Ver 2.1 and above also provide Sheriff ISR (Internet Software Registration) enabling software activation keys to be distributed automatically from a web site (uses ASP or ISAPI).
