Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger Design (S&THex) v.1.0

S&THex is a software tool that is made to demonstrate the chemical design calculations of Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers.The software unlike other tools, ensures that the calculations are performed step by step to help in understanding the design calculations. The software is easy to use and have the ability to calculate unknown shell/tube side temperatures by iteration method (solving by trial and error). Also can select from different correlations to calculate shell/tube heat transfer coefficient and much more. The software uses mostly S.I units. Currently this version is made for students and has not yet been tested for commercial use.
