The opening page gives a quick overview of the available articles which can be opened by clicking on the corresponding button. 'Natural Healing Introduction' adds samples - like the Herbal First Aid Kit - and interactive pages - like the Tridosha Self-Test. Included with each page of this educational software are pictures and photos as well as listings of useful applications for each particular therapy.

The Natural Healing software contains a large collection of natural remedies. It is modular and can be expanded indefinitely. Natural Healing includes: Tonics, Phytochemicals, Parasites, Medicine Cabinet, Poisons/Antidotes, Rejuvenation, Immune-system, and Color therapy with Auto-suggestions. On the main screen search Afflictions, Symptoms, Prescription Drugs, Herbal, Nutritional and other remedies. There is a large collection of diseases and natural remedies, articles and health warnings.

Nutrition includes the following sections: Nutritional or Orthomolecular therapy, Food Counts, BMI (body mass index calculator), Glycemic index, Fats and Oils, Foods, Vitamins, Minerals, Enzymes, Amino-acids and antioxidants. The interactive calculators are fully functional. Other functions, like the nutritional therapy section, require registration. Nutrition is of educational value and allows you to gain more control over body weight and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. All functions of the program can be easily controlled from its main menu.

A diet tracking software in which you log your daily meals and then analyse their nutrient values against your set goals. You also use it to monitor your weight gain/loss. It comes with a recipe and food database management system in which you can organize and browse your database with ease.
