MBase32 is a free-form database that will hold or link to any type of information and allows a simple or compound search on any word, phrase or character in any field. It can attach to, create and use multiple copies of the database including copies residing on servers. Multiple users can attach to these copies and have access to shared information. This makes it ideal as a knowledge base for multiple employees who need availability of fast changing or complicated information on a regular basis, or as personal storage for e-mail, text documents, business information etc... Finding information is as easy as clicking on SQL Search from the menu bar and selecting the field to search and the characters to search for, or just select a letter on top of the screen to load a subset of records stored under that letter. Any record can be printed from the file menu.Records are added or deleted easily by click on Add Record or Delete Record from the menu bar. Any type of file can be Attached to any record and launched by its program without moving the original file. Web URLs can be Attached to any record and launched in the default browser. Records can be encrypted and decrypted for security. You can save all of your passwords in one place and just remember a small 4 digit PIN to access them. Select font and program options and store them between sessions. HotKeys and using the arrow keys make navigation even easier. This is fully functioning shareware.
