It blocks spyware dialers from infiltrating into your computer's system and prevents them from dialing and overcharging phone numbers. The LCD-look window alternately displays the time, date and time left and shows if your DUN connection is still active. The window makes itself 'on-top' every 5 minutes, and the last minute. By default, it will then disconnect you from the 'net. To prevent it doing this, enter a password ('marvin'). You cannot close the app. without entering the password.
